Riedel Roofing Project The overview of this project is to provide our tenants with a better living condition. To improve the overall appearance of the property. To look for rot of sheathing under the shingles. Overall quality of this portion of the building envelope. The goal of the project is to replace all existing shingles as they are at end of life cycle. Potentially replace sheathing that may be compromised with aging and or rot. Replace all necessary flashing to ensure a sound building envelope. Install new membrane. Check to see if eaves trough is in need of replacement. |
